Software upgrades

With the purchase of a new diagnostic scan tool you receive two years of free software upgrades. Once this period passes, a 12-month subscription can be purchased every year after. Software on the scan tool should be updated every 2-3 weeks to ensure the latest software is available to you to assist your business.

Warranty period

The F3SW, F5D and F5G come with a two year warranty on the unit itself. Plugs, cables and stylus are not covered by warranty.

The F3M scan tool and all other products have a twelve-month warranty period.

Return policy

No returns are taken unless our products are deemed faulty. No exchange or refund is given for change of mind.
