Software Upgrades
With the purchase of a new diagnostic scan tool you will receive two (2) years of free software upgrades. Once this period has passed, a 12 month subscription can be purchased for each consecutive year after.
Software on the scan tool should be updated every two to three weeks to ensure the latest software is available to you to assist your workshop.
Warranty Period
All F7S series scan tools come with 2 years warranty. All maintenance equipment comes with a 12 month warranty period.
Returns Policy
No returns will be accepted for products unless they are deemed faulty. No exchange or refund is given for change of mind.
Shipping Policy
Domestic orders arrive at your door within five business days. Products are not shipped internationally. Tracking numbers for shipments are available on request.
